Two senior product hires for Domotz across US time zones

Domotz is a network monitoring company headquartered in Utah, USA. They give clients visibility of their digital assets and data flows, turning networks into actionable insights that help businesses optimise their operations.

Domotz needed to hire a Principal Product Manager and a Principal Product Designer to support a new VP of Product and push product direction forward. The search was narrow: candidates had to come from direct competitors in network monitoring and were spread across several US time zones.

Domotz had already been to market for both roles. They turned to Consortia on the strength of a proven prior placement and longstanding product hiring experience.
