Capita is one of the UK's leading organisations for business process management and outsourcing, with offices throughout Europe, Asia and Africa. It is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index and operates in both the public and private sector.

Capita initially came to us for consultancy advice on the skills and experience needed to support a large programme. That conversation grew into a requirement to source an entire team of contractors for their Reading office to help design and deliver a new platform.

The brief called for a multitude of skills including UX, UI and copywriting. Because the team needed to work well together, personality was a major factor in the search.

Within an extremely tight turnaround, we supplied an extensive list of over forty hand-picked, specialist user-experience professionals for the business.

In total we identified and supplied twenty specialist UX and UI contractors, enabling the business to develop their project on time.
