Senior Technical Product Manager

Consortia has partnered with a B2B SaaS start-up that is in need of a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead a cross-functional team to define, build, and launch key product initiatives.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will own and lead all aspects of an established agile team, including close collaboration with the technical team to define the product's architecture, user experience, and overall capabilities.

Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + stock options

What you can expect in your new role:

• Work closely with the product team and stakeholders to validate concepts. Themes. Vision, and MVPs.
• Write and prioritise user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Specify requirements, track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and actively communicate contingency and mitigation plans for the team.
• Lead business architecture, including user and data workflows for assigned components aligning with the overall business architecture of the product.

The skills you will need:

• Demonstrated experience in product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Creating product plans and roadmaps should be second nature.
• You should be comfortable leading and motivating a cross-functional team.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Sound technical knowledge to communicate the technical nuances between the engineering team and stakeholders.
• You must be able to adapt to the complex landscape of a start-up environment to ensure the project objectives are aligned with the business goals.
