Senior AI Product Manager
You thrive in ambiguity. You enjoy turning complex, loosely defined problems into clear plans, aligned teams, and working systems that deliver real outcomes.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a Senior AI Product Manager role where your impact is immediately visible. You’ll sit at the centre of customer delivery, guiding enterprise software projects from early discovery through to live production — at a pace most organisations simply cannot achieve.
Your focus won’t be on theory or roadmaps that never ship. Instead, you’ll be trusted to own outcomes, keep customers confident, and ensure delivery stays on track in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.
Your Impact
In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue between customers, engineers, and commercial goals. You’ll take complex business context, shape it into structured plans, and see those plans turned into production systems in weeks rather than months.
You’ll be empowered to:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of customer projects, with clear ownership of timelines and outcomes
- Run structured discovery sessions that extract real requirements from ambiguity
- Translate customer needs into actionable delivery plans for engineering teams
- Manage scope, risk, communication, and momentum across multiple stakeholders
- Build trusted customer relationships by delivering consistently and transparently
- Capture customer feedback and insights to influence the evolution of the AI platform
This role suits someone who enjoys creating structure where none exists, and who stays calm, credible, and decisive under pressure.
What You’ll Bring
You’re someone who gets things over the line. You know how to balance technical depth with commercial reality, and you’re comfortable working directly with customers when the stakes are high.
You’re likely to have:
- Experience delivering software projects from inception through to production
- A strong track record of working directly with customers or enterprise stakeholders
- The ability to manage ambiguity, prioritise effectively, and keep delivery moving
- Confidence communicating at both technical and executive levels
Experience working with AI-driven systems or LLMs is advantageous, as is a technical background — but what matters most is your ability to deliver outcomes, not just manage process.
What Is On Offer
This is a genuinely compelling package designed to attract senior product leaders who want both impact and upside:
- Competitive base salary with a wide global range
- Performance bonus potential of up to 50% of base salary
- Meaningful equity with transparent terms
- Premium health insurance
- Pension contributions exceeding statutory requirements
- Fully remote working with limited travel (up to three times per year)
- High-quality equipment to support deep, focused work
