This is an opportunity to join a product-led environment where design is central to decision-making, not an afterthought. You’ll play a key role in evolving a sophisticated, technically complex product, helping ensure it meets the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and consistency.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, and end users, you’ll influence both the detail and direction of a platform that has real-world impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of design system excellence and product experience, ensuring consistency and quality at scale.
- Contributing to and evolving a design system (built with Vue.js), ensuring it supports rapid, high-quality development
- Maintaining a robust Figma component library to enable efficient, high-fidelity design across teams
- Acting as the go-to expert on design best practices, including accessibility
- Writing clear, structured change proposals to improve design system components
- Visiting customers to observe real-world usage and continuously identify improvements (kaizen approach)
- Collaborating with Product Leads, Business Analysts, Engineers, and users to design new functionality
- Supporting regulated environments through contribution to clinical risk, security, and service management systems
What You’ll Bring
You’re a detail-oriented Product Designer who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving meaningful problems.
- 5+ years’ experience in Product or UX Design
- Proven experience working on technically complex products
- Strong understanding of design systems and their practical application
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to design work
- Experience with tools such as Figma, JIRA, Confluence, and Chromatic
- Confidence communicating design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A genuine motivation to create products that make a positive impact
What Is On Offer
- A product environment where design has real influence
- The opportunity to work on meaningful healthcare technology
- A collaborative, cross-functional team
- Exposure to real users and customer environments
- A structured, quality-focused engineering and product culture
- Work Pattern: 4 days per week, office-based
