Product Manager (Retail Banking)

You’ll join a hands-on product role supporting the delivery of complex, enterprise-grade automation solutions used in live financial services environments. Working closely with senior product leadership, engineering, and partner teams, you’ll help translate business needs into delivery-ready outcomes that ship.

This role is ideal if you enjoy being close to execution, owning requirements, coordinating delivery, and ensuring products move from idea to reality in a structured, measurable way.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery-ready backlog items
• Support planning, prioritisation, and delivery with engineering teams
• Coordinate progress across stakeholders, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and readiness
• Track delivery milestones and contribute to clear, structured reporting
• Incorporate customer feedback and delivery metrics into continuous improvement efforts
• Work closely with senior product leadership to ensure alignment between product intent and execution

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in product management, business analysis, or delivery roles within enterprise environments
• Comfort working across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting complex software or hardware-integrated products
• Exposure to financial services or retail banking
