Filling two hard-to-hire QlikView BI roles for Bupa
The challenge
Bupa is an internationally renowned private healthcare provider serving over 22 million customers in over 190 countries, employing over 33,000 staff in the UK and 80,000 globally.
The client needed two talented QlikView developers for their business intelligence team. QlikView specialists were scarce locally, and earlier searches had not produced the right people.
Our solution
Within a day of the terms and conditions being signed, our BI desk provided the client with four hand-picked, high-calibre candidate CVs.
Three of the candidates put forward were selected for interview, two of whom were subsequently offered and successfully placed into the QlikView development team at Bupa.
The results
Four candidates were shortlisted within a day of sign-off, three were interviewed, and two were successfully placed into Bupa's QlikView BI team.
